12mm EtherCAT Beckhoff terminal for up to twelve signal interfaces and nine signal types

The new EtherCAT EL8601-8411 terminal from Bykov Offers maximum flexibility in a compact design as a 12-channel multi-interface only 12mm wide. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for applications where only a few complex signals are required, as well as in special machine construction, where highly flexible signal configuration allows for less storage.

The EtherCAT EL8601-8411 provides a combination of up to 12 signal interfaces (8 x DI, 2 x DO, 1 x AI, 1 x AO) and up to nine different signal types. With its large number of configurable combinations, it provides a compact solution for applications that require only a few complex signals, for example as an ideal complement to the CX7000 for embedded computers.

In addition to digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs and outputs can be configured as a current or voltage signal. Digital inputs with configurable filtering times can also be used with 24V HTL encoders with A/B path including latch and gate function or as an up/down counter with counting frequency up to 100kHz. Two digital outputs can be used as a PWM signal that can be modulated in pulse width and frequency in the range of 20 Hz to 25 kHz. This allows the EL8601-8411 to be used with great flexibility, for example in a digital/analog, counter/PWM/analog or encoder/PWM/analog configuration.
