The Nigerian under-17 flamingos join the women’s football powers Germany, Chile and New Zealand in Group B of this year’s FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Final in India.
During the draw at FIFA headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland on Friday, the US and Brazil and the African delegation will be in Group A with the Moroccan delegation. The trophy winners are Spain, Colombia, Mexico and China in Group C, Group D Japan, Tanzania, Canada and France.
The match between India and the United States will officially start on Tuesday, October 11 at 8 pm Indian time at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
The Flamingos, who missed out on their last match in Uruguay in 2018, will face Germany (during the opening match) at the Pandit Stadium on October 11 at 8:00 pm Indian time, during a major reunion party (during the opening match). Jawaharlal Nehru of Goa. . .
Nigeria’s other matches will be against New Zealand on October 14 (4:30 pm) at the Nehru Stadium in Goa and against Chile on October 17 (4:30 pm) at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
