A copy of Logan’s controversial will

Gather together, because you are all invited to read Logan Roy’s last will and testament. Just to be clear, this isn’t actually his legal will, this is just a piece of paper Frank found in his safe from his instructions upon his death. Also, an important caveat: It appears to be a few years old, has some pinstripe additions, and scribbles, and we can’t tell if Kendall Roy’s CEO appointment is ticked off or crossed out. All of this is very confusing.

If Logan Roy’s death is baffling, his will is even more so. For a guy who had a team of legal experts trained in any kind of crisis management at Waystar Royco (of which there were… many), he was remarkably lenient in formalizing what would happen in the event of his death.

From episode four, we know there are some business plans, except for Kendall as CEO. But, what really put him on that piece of paper offered by his potential successors? Well we freeze frame and stare trying to decipher whatever he was asking.

From the shrine that looks like the emblem of who The Real Housewivesand the mournful setlist for his funeral, to the poignant inclusion he’d like to be buried with pictures of his late sister Rosie and ex-wife Marcia, to the fact that Colin’s bodyguard will inherit a 3-hour, million-dollar (note!), makes for spicy reading.

I created this register to provide my executors with instructions in the event of my death. It includes financial and personal information…and suggested arrangements…to make this difficult time easier for my family.

I would prefer that the title and role of CEO be given to Kendall Roy.

As for the funeral arrangements, my funeral and burial shall take place in accordance with the customs and practices of the Roman Catholic Church.
