The undersigned organizations demand an end to the hijacking and release of the cargo plane of the Venezuelan state company Emtrasur and its 19 crew, an illegal act committed in Argentine territory more than two months ago by the judiciary in that country. . A procedure carried out through the utmost judicial arbitrariness.

It is a major crime indeed since the plane was hijacked and its crew members kept without the slightest legal basis both nationally and internationally. Through this law, the Argentine judiciary shows itself to the world as one of the most important agents of a treacherous oligarchy, which keeps its people in absolute misery in Argentina and Latin America, handing them over to North America in exchange for their plunder. from participating in the theft.

Criminal detention violates international law, because it presumes the extraterritorial application in Argentina, of legal orders issued in the United States, against national assets and persons from a third country, in this case the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and from a fourth country. Iranian. Therefore, it is also a violation of the human rights of the crew.

It constitutes an attack not only on Venezuelan national sovereignty, but also against Argentine sovereignty, as it was committed in violation of many international agreements, in complete submission to the designs of the United States.

Hence those who participate in this infamous process showing their reactionary class character, attacking the Venezuelan government for daring to question its policies in the neoliberal status quo of North American imperialism and global capitalism, which has caused and is doing so much damage throughout the Americas. America and the world.

The hijacking of the Venezuelan plane and its crew is part of the permanent blockade against Venezuela, including the genocidal blockade and the use of Lawfare as a strategy in favor of imperial interests. With this process, a very dangerous precedent is set. Air navigation and commerce in general are subject to the vagaries of the US justice system, which is absolutely bent on the interests of that country’s multinational corporations.

The hijacking of the Venezuelan airliner and its crew shows how disrespectful the capitalists are for their religious beliefs, such as separation of powers, free trade, civil liberties, etc., when their privileges end, as is the case all over the world, due to the fatigue of the peoples who are oppressed and exploited.
