Fiesta Flambeau Parade is giving $500 to whoever creates their next official poster – NBC 7 San Antonio (60)

San Antonio – The organizing committee of the Fiesta Flambeau Parade is looking for the official poster for its next release and is offering a $500 prize to the creator of the selected piece.

It is noted that all artists of traditional media such as oil, acrylic, tempera and watercolor are invited to participate in the call.

Those interested in competing must be 18 years of age or older and live in the San Antonio metropolitan area.

On the event’s website, it was specified that each artist could submit a single work that was made without collaboration.

Those interested must submit their creations in person before Thursday, August 25, no later than 6:00 pm.

However, registration must be completed by August 22.

The Fiesta Flambeau Parade is an overnight stop that is one of the main events during the eleven days that Fiesta San Antonio lasts.

As indicated, the aim of this competition is to select a piece with the image that best represents the image and reinforces the theme of the 75th anniversary of the Fiesta Flambeau 2023, scheduled for Saturday 9 April 2023.
