Giant volleyball match in Puerto Natales: Chile vs. New Zealand

Magellan University, in collaboration with the Olympic Committee and the Chilean Volleyball Federation, hosts an exciting volleyball match between the teams of Chile and New Zealand. The event, which takes place at the Cristopher Mancilla Municipal Sports Center in Puerto Natales, is part of the national tour of the Chilean men’s volleyball team.

The municipality of Natales, together with the regional government, provides its financial support and sponsorship to make this large-scale sporting event possible. The Puerto Natales Volleyball Club also collaborates with the organization.

This is the first time the Nadals community will have the opportunity to witness a sporting event of this scale. Creates great interest among people.

Mónica López Estefo, Coordinator of the Sports Area at Magellan University, He was proud to be able to bring this event to the Nadals community and highlighted the importance of connecting with the various communes in the Magellan region.

President of the Porto Natals Volleyball Club, Victor Alarcon Hernandez, He pointed out that the club host would be responsible for taking care of the grounds, security and arranging talks with the coaches. Physical education teachers and supervisors will also be invited so that they can use this opportunity to learn professional volleyball.

The event will include a practice session open to the public on July 13, followed by the “Darwin” Cup and the “Puerto Natales” Cup on July 14 and 15 respectively.
