Improve your brain health in 2024! – Telemundo Dallas (39)

The BrainHealth® Center, part of the University of Texas at Dallas, is dedicated to promoting brain health and improving cognitive abilities. In keeping with their mission, they are proactively focusing on brain gains during their second annual Brain Health Week, which will be held February 19-24, 2024.

During this week, people will have the opportunity to participate in various activities and programs aimed at training the brain for gains. One such initiative is the 7-Day SMS Challenge Great brain gains. Once you send a text message to 888-844-8991Participants will be able to embark on a journey to improve their brain health.

Over the course of the seven days, challenge participants will receive simple steps, activities, tips and basic tasks to improve these seven areas of their brain.

  1. Improves concentration
  2. Increased AHA moments (moment of awareness and inspiration)
  3. Reframe your mistakes or challenges
  4. Find “peak times” for your brain
  5. Improve your memory
  6. Awaken your curiosity
  7. Increase your mental flexibility

These exercises are designed to stimulate cognitive function and improve mental agility. By performing these activities consistently over seven days, people can experience noticeable improvements in brain health.

Whether you want to sharpen your memory, improve your problem-solving ability, or simply maintain optimal cognitive function as you age, participating in Great Brain Gain's 7-Day Text Challenge can be a valuable step toward achieving your goals.
