The two sides will also sign agreements, and the bilateral agenda includes issues such as trade, investments, technical cooperation, educational cooperation and defense cooperation.

In addition, they will discuss regional and multilateral issues, such as climate change, reform of international organizations, and the Palestinian-Israeli confrontation. On the same day, the former Union member will visit the headquarters of the Arab League, where he is expected to deliver a speech at the extraordinary plenary session.

Lula is expected to speak in favor of a ceasefire in the region, condemn the killing of women and children during the conflict, and defend an economically viable Palestinian state.
