Mighty Peroni, the sixth Mexican star in the Spanish film “Without You I Can’t” | Community

Mexican actress Maite Peroni is back to make history and put Mexico’s name back in high gear by starring in Without You I Can’t, a feature film directed by multi-award winning director Chus Gutierrez (Ciudad Delirio, Insomnio, among others) and acknowledged by Javier. Salmonis.

In the movie Without You I Can’t, David (Mauricio Ochmann) plays a successful businessman who lives a comfortable life with his friend Alex (Alfonso Basavi), an attractive sports coach. Alex has always wanted to be a father and often wonders how to go about making that happen. Blanca (Mighty Peroni), David’s sister with whom he cut all ties after a dark event in the past, arrives in this couple’s life that will suddenly change the course of things.

In this production, Mighty allowed her to age face to Sylvie Imbert, who was in charge of her makeup, to develop a special job which she achieved that, by just seeing her face, Mighty reflects the years of suffering her character went through. .

Sylvie Imbert, winner of the Goya Prize (Snow White), exclusively shares her work process for this production: “This character (Blanca) came from so many years in prison and marked people’s lives; that’s why you had to see in Maite’s face that remorse for what she had suffered.

To apply wrinkles on Mighty’s face, I used special makeup which is required when we need aging skin, every morning before starting her makeup I applied some products to make it happen. Also, working with her has been incredible, she is a very accessible person and she has allowed me to play with the products to get to what the character needs to show on the skin.”
