yellow roof

  • Duration: 94 minutes
  • Direction: Isabelle Koixet.

Abstract: In 2018, a group of nine women filed a complaint against two of their teachers at the Aula de Teatro de Lleida for sexual abuse that occurred between 2001 and 2008, when they were both teenagers. It was too late. Out of fear and shame, because it took them so long to understand and assimilate what had happened, the complaint came when the statute of limitations had expired and it was filed. What they didn’t know was that despite the fact that the case had been proceeded, their testimonies were opening a door where perhaps not all is lost.
