New Zealand: They pay thousands of dollars to take care of the nature park – travel – life

For some, staying in an inhospitable, virgin place full of nature is a dream. A morning walk, listening to the chirping of birds, falling snow and enjoying the sunset in the wildlife-rich areas are some of the things that make the adventure and biodiversity lovers dream. But what if they pay you?

There is currently a job offer in New Zealand and it indicates that. AndHe holds the position of Biodiversity Supervisor in the Haast region at the western end of Mount Spring National Park in the South Island.

The work includes trekking over glaciers, tropical forests and mountains, traveling by boat or helicopter. and above all the monitoring and care of local fauna including kiwi, penguins and reptiles.

The New Zealand government, through the Department of Defense (DOC), pays the incumbent between $40,000 and $50,000 per year based on their skills.
