Samsung will present the new accessory program “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” at CES 2024 – Samsung Spain Newsroom

Leading gaming accessory companies will create officially licensed products specifically for the Samsung Gaming Hub.

PDP will be first to market the new Gaming Hub console in January

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd Today, I announced details of the “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” program that will be introduced in CES® 2024. The goal of the program is to work with leading gaming accessory companies to drive the next generation of best-in-class partner products for the Samsung Gaming Hub, Samsung's video game streaming platform. Additionally, the company announced a collaboration with gaming accessory provider PDP (Performance Design Products LLC), to introduce the first controller “designed for Samsung Gaming Hub.”

“Samsung recognizes the indispensable role of accessories in enhancing the gaming experience.”says Jeho Ha, Director of Samsung Electronics Services Partnerships Group. “Building on our already high level of peripheral compatibility, the ‘Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub’ program will allow us to collaborate with trusted partners to create accessories that enhance the Samsung Gaming Hub experience.”

Starting this year, gamers will see a “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” badge, which indicates that the product has been tested for compatibility, quality, performance, safety and security on Samsung devices. Accessories that display this badge ensure the best possible gaming streaming experience on the Samsung Gaming Hub, regardless of which compatible Samsung device gamers choose.

Samsung also announced today its partnership with PDP and its new wireless controller, “Replay Midnight Blue,” the first product “designed for the Samsung Gaming Hub.” The new controller will include a built-in rechargeable battery that allows you to play for up to 40 hours per charge, low-latency Bluetooth wireless connectivity with a range of up to 9 metres, a Samsung Gaming Hub power button capable of turning it on instantly, an easy TV volume control button Usage and much more. Gamers will be able to get a closer look at “Replay Midnight Blue” at Samsung's booth at CES.
