Romita. Guanajuato. June 15, 2023– The Gto Health System, in coordination with the Eighth Judicial Health District, held health days in several primary schools in the municipality of Romita, with the aim of promoting healthy habits among primary school students.
The Minister of Health, Dr. Daniel Diaz Martinez, highlighted the importance of being healthy and following a good routine, it is possible to have a population with a greater margin of health, which contributes to a better quality of life.
This day of services is aimed at the prevention and timely diagnosis of serious diseases that can cause death.

Girls, boys and teens attended information booths to learn about dental health, dengue fever, nutrition, vaccinations, prevention of adolescent anemia, intestinal diseases, and childhood cancer detection.
Parents also received guidance on issues such as care, mental health and screening for cardiovascular disease risks.
Diaz-Martinez added that physical activity was recommended that 15 minutes of exercise a day is good for better health.
