Tekashi 6ix9ine takes a beating at a gym in South Florida

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL. A cell phone video obtained by OnlyInDade this week shows rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine being beaten up by a group of men inside LA Fitness in South Fla.

It is not clear specifically at which LA Fitness location the incident occurred; However, 6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that his client was mugged on Tuesday by several men while inside a sauna.

Lázaro told TMZ that the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, tried to fight back, but a lot of people were attacking him.

Lázaro said that 6ix9ine’s security was not with him at the time of the attack.

6ix9ine was taken by ambulance to hospital after the beating and was reported to have cuts and swelling, as well as injuries to his jaw, ribs and back.

Lazzaro told TMZ he will be calling the feds to make sure his client gets the protection he needs.

The 26-year-old rapper has come under fire, including from bandmate Snoop Dogg, after goading several gang mates into releasing him early.

It is unclear if the men in the video were members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, or if the attack had anything to do with their testimony against the gang members.
