Mexican Corydos Tumbados singer, Beso Pluma, has postponed several concerts scheduled to be held in the United States. At the present time, the artist has not indicated the reason for the changes in his schedule, but there are indications that it is due to the death threats he has recently received. On September 12, four banners signed by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) appeared threatening the musician.

The banners confirm that if the artist performs his concert in Tijuana, on October 14, as scheduled, it will be his last concert. The mayor of the Mexican city of Tijuana, Montserrat Caballero, told AFP: “It is my responsibility to protect the citizens of Tijuana, and therefore we will determine in the coming days whether the ceremony will take place or not.”

At this time, the concert in Tijuana has not been canceled or rescheduled. Ticketmaster and Live Nation told the New York Times that the Mexico concerts have been postponed from Thursday, September 14, to Sunday, September 17, in the US cities of Milwaukee, Chicago, Indianapolis and Birmingham.

“The featherweight event, which was scheduled to take place on September 14, has been postponed to Saturday, November 4. “All previously purchased tickets will be accepted for the new date,” the Milwaukee arena’s official account wrote.

This will be the second time an artist’s presentation in Tijuana has faced security problems. Last March, the Mexican was scheduled to appear at Chevron Stadium, alongside Eden Muñoz, Roberto Tapia and Fantasma. But a month before the ceremony, the organization canceled the concert, due to “lack of security and threats towards other events.”
