1 instruction. Once the final agreement between the health and medical union is signed, the procedures can be carried out. According to the union, those with overload, such as not forcing patients to go beyond schedule without a doctor’s permission, rely solely on management’s instructions to staff.

2 bonuses. Measures involving salary increases must pass through Parliament for approval. They have already been transferred to the General Council for the Public Service, which is also a mandatory requirement. It must begin to be addressed quickly since the activity in Parliament ended at the beginning of April.

3 negotiation schedule. The agreement provides for a negotiating table to deal with other measures (completion of pay improvement, overload control, etc.) that must have a closed schedule on April 30th. For this reason, the table should be prepared soon to give time for negotiation.
