The Iraqi Prime Minister completes the list of attendees at the Cairo Peace Summit

Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani took off this Saturday morning from Baghdad Airport, heading to Cairo, where he will participate in the peace summit held in the Egyptian capital. A handful of leaders from around the world will gather there on Saturday to try to stop the escalation of the war between Israel and Hamas. Among the leaders who confirmed their attendance are Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez; High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell; President of the European Council Charles Michel. But no representative of Israel or its main ally the United States will attend, reducing expectations of the achievements the summit might achieve.
