According to the organization, it is EVOO (extra virgin) oil specifically designed for emulsification and the ability to be mixed with “any type of milk.” Perfect for fans of this particular practice.

In the jury's opinion, the Oleo Latte from Almazaras de la Subbética was the most innovative product of this edition, although neither its flavor nor its composition were evaluated.

Second prize in this category went to Gorgonzola cream cheese from Demetra of Seville and third prize to broccoli drink from Mr. Brocco.

For its part, in the presentation category, the winner was the Almazara de Antequera extra virgin olive oil called “El Boyfriend del Mollete”, from Aceites Rafael Salgado. The second winner was the product called “Roca de queimada” from the Galician company Migaya, which is a mixture of chocolate and nuts coated with coffee, pomace and chocolate. The third went to the Italian company Adelia di Fant, due to the image of chocolate mixed with flowers.

These awards also recognized, in the Variety category, a sauce based on tomato or almond emulsified vegetable oil from Caviaroli and a Malaga vermouth jam from the Ronda La Molienda Verde/Eco Molienda mountain range.

As for the Best Organic Product awards, the winner was Bernardo's Mermeladas agave gin. The second is Melva Canotera in organic extra virgin olive oil from Cambados reserves; The third is an organic bitter from the Sidra Somarroza brand.
