Venezuela made history against New Zealand

The Venezuela U-17 soccer team debuted at the 2023 Indonesia World Cup with hopes of following Venezuela's impressive World Cup participation, with Yefferson Sodelto, Yankel Herrera and company reaching the finals of the U-17 World Cup. -20 in 2017.
