English, Spanish – don’t forget that we are the second language in the world – German, Chinese, Russian… Markets impose their languages but mastering two or more languages has become a common requirement in job offers.
It is that language learning enhances digital transformation and adaptation to digital contexts, precisely because it provides immersion in the accompanying technologies. But, do companies realize this and also to what extent it enhances their brand as an employer and the value proposition to the employee?
