Carnival Cruise Line announces revised boarding protocols • Online Plus

Miami, Florida.- Carnival Cruise Line It announced that it is modifying certain protocols to reflect the elevation of CDC requirements for the US cruise industry.

The line ensures that we remain, as always, committed to the health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we serve. These changes will be made in phases, with the first of these updates taking effect in Thursday 4 August 2022 Focused on short cruise itineraries of 5 nights or less.

More changes will be announced soon and all changes will be subject to destination requirements on the itinerary.

  • No pre-cruise testing will be conducted for guests who have all vaccinations booked on itinerary cruises of 5 nights or less.
  • A pre-cruise test of itineraries of 6 nights or more may be completed three (3) days prior to departure.
  • No testing will take place in the arrival hall for unvaccinated guests on the day of departure, but all unvaccinated guests aged two years and over must provide evidence of a negative result from a self-administered or laboratory-supervised COVID antigen test performed within three (3) days before shipment.
