Ghost of Tsushima y Monster Hunter Rise triunfan en los Japan Game Awards 2021

In Japan, the celebration of the last day of Tokyo Game Show 2021 has already begun. As in previous years, the Computer Entertainment Service Providers Association (CESA) held an award in recognition of the achievements of games released last year and in 2021 something very special happened, as Choose two of the best winners.

Today CESA released the list of winners for the 2021 Japanese Game Awards. As in previous years, many of the winners are Japanese development titles. In the list stand out the games that had an excellent performance in their premiere, such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons And Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa Mo Teban!which was visible in Japan.

Koei Tecmo member Kou Shibusawa’s work has also been honored with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Award, a recognition given in previous years to important innovators, such as Masahiro Sakurai and companies, such as Nintendo.

Most striking, however, is that this year’s top prize, the Grand Prix, went to two Japanese games: Monster Hunter Rise And Ghost of Tsushima, which was well received in Japan.
