In this sense, the Regional Anti-Discrimination Plan is designed to mainstream an anti-discrimination perspective in all administration, to provide theoretical and practical tools to prevent and deal with cases of violations of people’s rights, and to seek interventions with free and dignified treatment. Discrimination that includes face-to-face training, urban interventions, public promotion and awareness campaigns, and signing commitments with municipalities and other state agencies.

Salta is the first Argentine province to have this instrument within public policies to promote human rights, especially the right to a life free from discrimination.
