Israel-Hamas war live: Houthi targets in Yemen under attack by US and UK

On Sunday, Hamas published a video showing three Israeli hostages being held in the Gaza Strip.

The undated tape shows Noah Argamani, 26, Yossi Sharabi, 53, and Itai Svirsky, 38, each giving their name, age and place of residence while looking directly into the camera.

In what appears to be a montage of three clips, Argamani, Sharbi and Svirsky call on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “stop the war” and “bring us home.”

It is unclear whether the hostages were speaking under duress. The video lasts about 30 seconds.

CNN cannot verify when or where the clips were filmed.

At the end of the footage, a title appears on the screen saying: “Tomorrow we will inform you of your destination” in Arabic, Hebrew and English.

The Israeli government did not comment on the video. He had previously described the practice of posting videos of hostages as “psychological warfare.”

The video was released on the 100th day of the war, a significant event widely celebrated across Israel. Hamas and other groups took about 240 hostages in Gaza during the October 7 attacks. More than 100 Israeli and foreign hostages were released during a truce in late November, and Palestinians held in Israeli prisons were released in exchange for the release of Israelis.

Israel believes that 132 hostages from October 7 are still being held in Gaza.

Netanyahu's office told CNN that 25 of those hostages are believed to have died and that their remains are still being held in Gaza. This means that 107 hostages from last year's Hamas attack are believed to be still alive.
