Neosys introduces the powerful NVIDIA Jetson AGX OrinT computer for intelligent video analysis

Neosys Technology, a provider of powerful embedded systems, announces the launch of its latest fanless NVIDIA Jetson PCs, the NRU-220S series. Leveraging the latest Jetson AGX Orin 32GB/64GB module and embodying Neosys’ signature DNA with comprehensive industrial designs, the NRU-220S Series delivers up to 275 INT8 TOPS of AI performance with fanless operation from -25°C to 70°C It is ideal for intelligent video analysis, surveillance or inspection applications on roads, vehicles, food production lines or in dusty factories.

The NRU-220S Series, a fanless GPU with incredible AI performance for edge applications, triples the performance of the Jetson AGX Xavier. Additionally, it competes with the NVIDIA Tesla T4 GPU and operates in temperatures between -25°C and 70°C. This makes it the best choice for vision-based AI inference using multiple cameras, thanks to dual 2.5GbE connectivity and four built-in PoE+ GbE ports. Enhanced with features such as ignition control, shock and vibration damping mount, screw-in locking mechanisms, and M12 connectors, the NRU-220S Series is designed for seamless integration into industrial vehicles, robotics or rolling stock. It is ideal for ADAS applications, such as blind spot detection and collision avoidance.

As for internal expansion, it supports the installation of two Mini-PCIe modules, one M.2 3042/3052 B key slot for installing 4G LTE/ 5G NR/ V2X/ CAN bus modules for wireless communications, and one M.2 2280 M key slot for NVMe SSD. To store captured data, it has two 2.5-inch front trays for HDD/SSD installation. On top of all that, it still offers isolated RS-485, two RS-232 ports, and two CAN 2.0 ports for connecting to external devices.
