SSG concluded the activities of the National Public Health Week 2023 in Lyon – Dependencies Bulletins

León, Guanajuato; November 23, 2023.- Gto Health System concluded the National Public Health Week 2023 in the municipality of Lyon.

In the facilities of CETIS 77 Secondary School with the participation of the Adolescent Reproductive Health Team of the 7th Health Authority.

With the aim of empowering adolescents by providing comprehensive information and encouraging responsible decision-making for effective personal self-care.

The Health Fair was created as a vibrant space, promoting awareness about the importance of reproductive health and providing essential tools so teens can make informed decisions about their well-being.

During the exhibition, the team of health professionals, consisting of a multidisciplinary team in the field of health, support from some public institutions, social programs and highly trained nurses, provided a wide range of services, from personal advice to the distribution of educational materials.

The importance of prevention and self-care was emphasized, highlighting the need to adopt healthy practices from an early age.

This event was made possible thanks to the cooperation and support of various actors, including teachers, administrative staff and the enthusiastic participation of the 1,100 students present.

The educational community has come together to make this health fair an enriching space that promotes holistic health and emotional well-being.

The closing health fair for Health Week represents the team’s continued commitment to promoting sexual and reproductive health in the student community.
