The consortium formed by the NGO OIKOS Cooperãçao e Desenvolvimento, the Cienfuegos Municipal Government and the Carlos Rafael Rodríguez University intends to award the following distribution contract within the framework of the “Trazos Libre” project.
The Contribution of Culture and Heritage to the Socioeconomic Development of the Community”, under the theme “Civil Society Organizations and Local Authorities” is co-financed by the Camos Institute of Portugal and the European Union in Cuba:
- Equipment for Cultural Initiatives in La Gloria Creative District, Cienfuegos (O.12 – 2023/TL)
