The development of public employment has been characterized by a high rate of temporary employment, especially in the health sector. The stabilization plan and public employment offers planned by the health service will allow the probability of being reduced in the public health network from 30 to eight percent. Both measures are one of the main bets for the health service to try to reduce the odds, eliminate instability and provide stability for those working in the public health system.
