Apple is known for launching new versions of its devices, as is the annual launch of the iPhone. Currently, one of its laptops is expected to be revamped: the Mac Mini.
According to a press release from BloombergMark Gorman, Apple will be working on a new and improved version of the Mac Mini line. This new version will take advantage of the M1X chip and promise to complete tasks that require more power than its predecessor.
The Mac Mini released for 2020, despite introducing improvements, is not rated as a device suitable for hard-working tasks, but as a PC for casual tasks, such as daily use.
The main difference with the new version of the Mac Mini is the use of the new processor of the M1X line, a name that has been around for a while and could refer to a new improved version of the brand’s existing M1 processor.
According to the detailed information in the bulletin, Mac Mini will provide the power to develop softwareAnd video editing and even as a server in local networks.
The M1X chip is expected to allow Apple to offer a full suite of ports, including four USB4 / Thunderbolt 3 ports, two USB-A ports, Ethernet, and an HDMI port.
