Covid cases rise by 3.7%; Health recognizes 252 thousand deaths

The third pandemic wave due to the Corona virus does not stop growing, after the Ministry of Health reported 21,897 recent cases.

Mexico is about to close the 31st week of the epidemic with cases increasing by 3.7%, according to Daily technical report.

To date, 3 million 197 thousand and 108 people have contracted the disease since the beginning of the epidemic. However, it is estimated that 152,130 (4.5%) active cases of COVID due to onset of symptoms in recent days.

In addition, the Ministry of Health has confirmed another 761 deaths due to COVID, so there are at least 252,000 recognized deaths.

63% of the population has been vaccinated against the Corona virus
