Long-term bitcoin holders have reached their highest levels in recent years, Glassnode By CoinTelegraph reveals.

Glassnode’s latest on-chain weekly report indicated that long-term () holders are at multi-year highs and that the markets are not yet saturated with profit-taking.

It appears that holders of long-term contracts (LTHs) are cutting their spending while continuing to add coins to their positions, according to a November 22 report from analytics provider Glassnode.

The analysis delved into lifetime volume consumed (SVAB) bands, which are used to determine the age of the coins that dominate cross-chain flows on a given day. The metric can be used to determine when a profit taking or accrual process will begin, according to Glassnode.
