Preliminary results give candidate Xiomara Castro an advantage in Honduras’ presidential election

The President of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Honduras, Kelvin Aguirre, this Sunday presented the first bulletin of the preliminary results, noting that With 28.07 percent of computerized presidential records, candidate Xiomara Castro leads the race.
