On April 3, Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest 2024 lineup of AI home appliances at three media day events, titled “Welcome to BESPOKE AI,” in Seoul, Paris and New York. The “Welcome to BESPOKE AI” event at the Samsung Electronics Seocho Building in Seoul began with a keynote by Jung-Hee Han, Vice Chairman, CEO and Head of Device Experience (DX) at Samsung Electronics. At Samsung Building 837 in New York, the “Welcome to BESPOKE AI” campaign highlighted products specifically designed for US customers, including Bespoke sliding kitchen With AI Home and Customized AI laundry kit™. Guests were particularly excited about the bespoke Cooker with AI Home, a multi-function stove with AI Home capabilities. With this product, users can receive recipe recommendations and even control other devices through the 7-inch LCD screen that can be controlled by voice using Bixby. Samsung invited visitors to experience bespoke AI home appliances for the European market at “Welcome to BESPOKE AI” inside Les Pavillons des Étangs in Paris, a distinctive and beautiful modern reinterpretation of a 19th-century French building.

Amid the tranquil surroundings of the historic building, guests indulged their curiosity by exploring a variety of AI products and custom-designed features such as an extra-wide refrigerator freezer, a line of energy-efficient washing machines, a Samsung Climate Hub, and a 4-door French door refrigerator with AI Family Center™.
