SMBC Aviation Capital to merge with Goshok Aviation

finally, And as we expected in November 2021Goshawk Aviation Limited has announced that its shareholders have approved the purchase of the company by SMBC Aviation Capital Limited.

The deal excludes aircraft leased to Russian operators, where, since the conflict with Ukraine, EU sanctions have prevented the mobilization of these assets.
