In the month of pride painting She asks her readers to vote for the Latino LGBTQ artist they currently have repeats. A fan poll featured the top 11 musicians on our list of “LGBTQ Artists We’re Obsessed With,” which was released on June 1.

The poll is headed by Brazilian star Anita, who spoke candidly about her bisexual identity in an interview with the paper Los Angeles Times. “I kissed a girl before I kissed a boy. I didn’t tell my mom until after I kissed a boy, because… I didn’t know how to feel. I thought there was something wrong with me wanting to kiss a boy and a girl. My mom said, ‘So what?'”

Grupo Firme member Johnny Kaz, who is openly gay and posed for his friend on stage during one of the band’s concerts in 2021, once said painting: “You can go to prom and [ver] What we’ve never seen in the Mexican region: colorful flags, of passing traffic. It carries a wonderful message especially for music, which is the fact that no matter how you live and express yourself, we all enjoy music in the same way.”

Also on the list is Puerto Rican rapper Villano Antillano, a leading voice in the queer and trans-Latino artist movement, who previously said painting that there is still work to be done to promote respect for LGBT artists in Latin music.

Additionally, the survey includes a new generation of LGBTQ Latino artists such as Ptazeta, Raymix, Nicole Zignago, and Young Miko, to name a few.
