Taking into account the:

That through the file mentioned in Visto, it handles the transfer of the permanent plant agent of the General Department of the Department of the Administrative Department Secretariat of the Ministry of Health, Gabriela Fabiana FERRAIUOLO, who holds one (1) C-level position – grade 7, professional assembly, middle tranche of labor agreement Sectoral Collective of Employees of the National Public Employment System (SINEP), approved by Decree No. 2098/08, of the National Administration of Laboratories and Institutes of Health “Dr. Carlos G. MALBRÁN” (ANLIS), a decentralized body operating within the scope of the Ministry of Health.

The said transfer is based on the fact that the said agent has a profile that meets the needs of the intended objectives of the destination body.

That this action does not mean moral or economic harm to the above-mentioned agent who approved the transfer.

The legal department of the judicial authority and the concerned party have taken the appropriate intervention.

That this action be promulgated under the powers granted under Article 100, Subsection 1 of the National Constitution and Article 15, Subsection B), Section IV of Annex I to Decree No. 1421/02.

Decide:

Article 1° – Transfer from the permanent plant of the General Department of the Department of the Secretariat of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Health to Agent Gabriela Fabiana FERRAIUOLO (DNI Nº 20.911.900) holding one (1) position C-level 7, professional assembly, intermediate part From the Agreement on Sectoral Collective Action for Employees of the National Public Employment System (SINEP), approved by Decree No. 2098/08, for the permanent employees of the National Administration of Laboratories and Institutes of Health “Doctor CARLOS G. MALBRÁN” (ANLIS), a decentralized body operating in the orbit of the Ministry of Health, with its location and rank level.

Article 2°. – The agent transferred under Article 1° of this administrative decision shall maintain its current level, degree, grouping and division reached in its administrative career.

Article 3°. – It is established that until the corresponding budget adjustments are made, the interest in the arising disbursement of the transfer arranged under Article 1 ° of this procedure will be carried out, with a charge of budget appropriations from the authority of the parent authority.

Article 4.- Communicating, publishing and giving the national address to the official record and file.
