Government appoints new Minister of Digital Health

The new Secretary of Digital Health has passed the Senior Management in Public Policy Program of the National Institute of Public Administration (Inap) and obtained several international certifications in information security and technology management in organizations such as Cisa and Cgeit from the North American Information Systems Audit and Control Association (Isaca), as well as passed the European Union civil servant examinations.
