  4. Correct oral hygiene: Use fluoridated toothpaste, dental floss, or an interdental brush so that tartar does not build up between the teeth. Quit using CPC (cetylpyridinium chloride) mouthwash. Avoid rinses that contain alcohol as it damages the gums.
  5. Frequent dental exams: Visit the dentist at least twice a year for a general examination and to avoid any oral health problem in time.
