The human competencies provided by the entity to cover the event consisted of 8 people in risk management, 9 in the healthy and safe food line, and 8 in the community environment line. These teams were attended by specialists in medicine, psychology, toxicology, environmental and food engineering, social workers and assistance personnel.

In addition, there was an operator presence with 9 patient stabilization and classification units, 6 ambulances (5 Medical Care Transport – TAM and 1 Basic Care Transport – TAB) and 76 Auxiliary Brigade, supported by 4 ambulances (2 TAB and 2 TAB) from the Secretariat. .
